Hard to know how well they work but they seem at face value to be as good as the branded product. To be honest there is no way of knowing of course unless you have some form of fancy measuring equipment. Just need to trust they are!

What's to say it does the job

An effective, cheaper alternative to the Levoit branded filters. I suffer from bad seasonal allergies and replacing the filter in my air purifier at the start of Spring has helped me avoid suffering in my own home. Will be buying again.

Works just as well as the Levoit filters

Not much to say other than they fit, they seem to work fine and they arrived the next day as promised.

I can't comment on the quality of the filtration not least because how on earth would anyone outside of a lab be able to make an objective comparison. The build quality is good and £20 for two filters is excellent value for money (maybe - see above).They are not as described however as the description says"The replace Levoit Lv-h132 air purifier filters are sealed to protect their lifetime. Recommended to replacement the air purifier filters every 2-3 months, depending on your use. "They are individually sealed in plastics bags, and nicely packed in sealed cardboard box. However, I think most people would consider the holes machine punched into the plastic bags invalidates the common notion of what sealed means, and how it is meant to prolong the life of the filters.The response from the seller when I raised breach of trade descriptions was interesting: "Does the problem you mentioned affect the normal use of the filter?"Does it really matter? probably not - I just don't like being mislead
