Yummy!
Since Costco stopped selling Bob's Red Mill Organic steel cut oats, I've been looking for a substitute. This fits the bill. I got the 10 pound bag so won't run out any time soon. Some reviews complain about how long it takes to cook but here's a tip. One evening, put some oats in a pan, pour boiling water them , then put a lit on it, wrap it in a towel, and let it sit for an hour or so until it cools down. Put it in the fridge. Next morning, spoon out as much as you want, add milk/water whatever, and microwave for a minute or two. I eat it throughout the week this way. Quick, easy, and delicious.

TRULY FOOD TO LIVE!
Always shipped in a timely fashion, I love these oats! I eat steel-cut oats every morning for breakfast, and these oats are always clean, fresh, easy to cook, and so full of great nutrition. I find the sealed bag so much less susceptible to damage in shipping than the carton type of container used by other companies. Try these--you'll not be disappointed!

Bugs in it.
We put these raw oats in vacuum sealed containers because there are a lot of oats in 10#. They took a little longer to cook than most but tasted fine. Then one day something moved - there were bugs in all the containers. We threw most of them out and are trying something else. Maybe if you put them in freezer for a week, like you do a bag of flour, the bugs would not hatch.

Good breakfast, good quality.
We eat these almost every morning. They are good with honey, fruit, nuts, and peanut butter. They are very filling. This seems to be a good brand. Organic and non-gmo is always the best and what we buy when we can!

Stale Oat Cuts, not steel oat cuts!
tasted awful and throw out the entire bag after it's open. Maybe it's bad luck but I am giving a 1 star for the money I wasted on this purchase.

Excellent Product. I am a repeat customer.
Organic steel cut oats...great! I have eaten these oats every morning for the past 5 years...sometimes with fruit and nuts, sometimes with olive oil, pumpkin seeds and soy sauce. This is a must-have addition to any dietary routine!

Yummy
I like the flavor, the fact that they're quick-cook (significant factor for steel cut oats, which can take a long time to soften), the self-seal package.

Healthy but too chewy
Not my type of oats. Too chewy, cooked it longer, still too chewy. It's very healthy, but not my taste.

Very good!
It’s good! We make it in our rice cooker with apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and sometimes some shredded coconut. A great start to the day!
