I suffer from neck pain and arthritis, made worse by my desk job. I bought the 4" collar first which is great for days when you just want your head holding tight in one position, when it's especially painful. It's not so easy to work at a desk in it though. So I sent for the 3.5" one which is great to wear when you're doing something that requires movement. It's shaped to sit on your collarbone so it's more effective and comfier to wear. I'm 5'6" and a clothes size 12 and I got the large one which is spot on.

I’ve not even had this for 24 hours but can already feel the benefit! Waiting for a docs appointment for a very clicky and uncomfortable neck that I believe may be arthritis and I don’t feel is aided by my bad sitting posture. Even after wearing this for just an hour I could feel my neck lengthening and straightening. It was aching in a good way and I could feel my shoulders naturally start to settle and lower rather than be up around my neck like they usually are! It is It’s a tiny bit stiff at first but certainly not uncomfortable (I have a 16inch neck and ordered large 3.5 inch in blue which is perfect) but after a few hours it’s started to become more pliable. It feels very supportive without feeling too restrictive and I’m going to try to wear it to sleep in soon but have currently been wearing it for a few hours during the day. It feels and looks top quality and it’s hard to believe that something so reasonably priced can offer such a positive result even in such a short space of time so I’m looking forward to seeing what happens with continued use. Highly recommend for non specific neck issues like mine

Bought this due to spending hours at home doing online gaming, which entails sitting at a computer. My seating position wasn’t good and caused my elbows to hunch upwards, trapping my neck nerves and giving me terrible headaches. This is a condition that can affect the older office worker.I bought this collar as the one I wanted, the Blue comfort model was out of stock. When I received it, it fit my five foot six inches tall, dress size 14 frame perfectly. This version was actually the comfort model with a strip of plastic Velcro in place to give even firmer support. I could remove the plastic, and it would be just like the blue comfort model, so for a fraction of the price more, I had both models in one.After spending four hours wearing it on the first day, my headaches have gone and the pull tension down my neck has nearly subsided, so I am noticing the difference already. The collar is pushing my shoulders down into the correct position so I am no longer trapping the nerves in my neck. I no longer need to take my prescription strength anti-inflammatory pills to stop the headaches, as this has done that for me without any pills.The collar does come with an Elastane style sleeve to go over the top of it, which can be easily washed and quickly dried. You can wash the whole thing by hand in 30 degrees water. I use washing up liquid as a neutral detergent. There is only one cover, and no option to buy a second. It’s reported to have a five year ‘life’ in the instruction manual.As I was so pleased with this support, and the fact I could remove the plastic support to make it easier to turn my head, I decided to buy a second, so I would have one to wear whilst the first one is drying out from washing, as washing a thick foam support will take some drying out. Especially as I eat at my computer desk whilst wearing it.For the price, the high quality and comfort I would highly recommend this to anyone who is having neck pains due to posturing.

I have a slipped disc and arthritis in my neck and it helps to keep my cervical spine aligned to minimise pain. It is quite comfortable and a good fit and great to wear for every day activities., however not that comfortable to sleep with. It is easy to put on and take off.

We bought this neck collar for my wife, who suffers from spondylosis in the neck, which leads to severe pain and headaches if she sleeps wrong or turns her head wrong during the night. We have tried shaped pillows, but to no avail, so when I saw this collar that you could sleep with it on, we thought we’d give it a go.You get the collar and a silky sleeve to put it in, this not only makes it comfortable to wear, but mean you can just take the sleeve off to wash it.In recent weeks my wife has been suffering with pain and headaches, so she was eager to start using this at night and after the first night the pain, headaches and general discomfort has disappeared. She has been wearing it constantly at night for a week now, and no symptoms of the spondylosis has returned, something she’s very happy with.The sizing chart we found was correct, so measure yourself before ordering.The collar has been neatly stitched and nicely finished off, and because of this is very comfortable to wear, especially at night, and doesn’t interrupt her sleep at all, but does keep her neck straight and so hopefully not more waking up in pain.The collar comes with a booklet with some suggested exercises in, if needed and fitting instructions, but no mention of the sleeve, it took a while to figure out what it was.We would like to thoroughly recommend this collar.

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago, when my chronic neck pain became unbearable. I can say that this is a fantastic product. It is very, very comfortable, provides fantastic support to the neck and you really feel like your head becomes lighter after a while. It is very comfortable to use if you are looking to a big screen all day, or spend couple of hours watching TV during the night. Since I have been using it, my neck pain dramatically reduced. Overall, this is an excellent value for money.
