Instructions: 1. Install the shelf only on smooth non-porous surfaces like ceramic wall tiles, glass, mirrors, granite, refrigerator door, metal sheet. 2. Clean the installation surface with a cloth to remove dust and greasy material. 3. Clean the suction cup with mild water then clean it with a soft cloth and let it dry. 4. Install the suction cover by rotating cover in a clockwise direction. Don't tighten the cover. 5. Install the basket with suction cup holder. 6. Align the basket on the wall and press the suction cover to fix it. 7. Once fixed then rotate the suction cover clockwise to tighten it properly. Don't use high force to tighten the cover as it may damage the suction cup. ★Use the image as a guideline for installing the vacuum suction rack. Usage Tips: Don’t install the suction rack on the surfaces like wood, painted walls, oily surfaces and concrete walls. If you feel the hooks are no longer getting attached to the surface then please rinse the suction cups in hot water. The hot water rinsing process will bring the suction cup back in shape and it will work again.

Poor quality
No suction power and poor adhesion. Had to return it back because it couldn’t stay at any plain tiles.. It stayed at kitchen tile for a while and came off after keeping one small item.. Do not waste time ordering!!

Quality and Suction power is good.
After installation, the vacumn cup on one side was removed due to poor suction then I realized the surface weren't cleaned properly.Then I removed and refixed on another place.Now its perfectly fit.

Good product
Very useful product. I can stick it anywhere as per my requirement. I stick it near my kitchen sink to keep cleaning essential. No drilling required. Loving it.
