Hey im thinking of using this product for my RV. do you think it will start peeling with the heat and cold?

I don't recommend this. I used this as wall decor instead of wallpaper because I live in an apartment and didn't want the expense of having to paint. It started to peel a day after applying. It would be great for drawers but I don't see it working on anything porous like walls wood etc.

Could I use this over my kitchen counter between the counter and the cabinets?

This is what I did. I have a galley kitchen in studio apartment and everything was beige. The grass cloth wall covering was the perfect solution and was easy. Go for it!
