Kinda sus
Really good specs for the price (I got it for <sixteen hundred dollars after tax), but I'm pretty mad that the escape key and its little scissor mechanism fell off once I took it out of the box, and I can't figure out how to get it back on again. That's not a big deal really, I'll have to watch some youtube videos and see if I can fix it. More suspicious is that the charger that came in the box always brings up a notification when it's plugged in, saying it's an incompatible power source. I'm worried I'll damage the battery with this charger, which would be a pain to deal with because you can't really open the machine up.

Great Piece
The laptop was delivered as specified on Amazon. I did not notice the 25-digit activation key provided below the HP Factory seal. After finding that McAfee Internet Security was pre-installed (a 30-day version) I have contacted McAfee who asked me to contact the seller. So, I took a hasty decision and returned the laptop.Meanwhile Best Laptop (Seller) sent me an email about the 25-digit activation key and instructions how to activate the 3-year subscription.There is nothing wrong with product.

Expensive and stupid product. Keyboard defective since the day purchased.
I had purchased this product last month from Amazon US Global Store while being in Dubai. The products keyboard is has been defective since begining. The issue is if i press button "B" or "N" by default "Windows" button gets pressed. I had ordered the product by seeing it has international warranty. I have reached out to Amazon US customer care they are not helping and keep on saying bring the PC to US. I am currently in India and HP customer support keeps on saying they will not touch it.
