The coffee itself is great not overly acidic with chocolaty flavor, but in my opinion more impressive was the customer service. After quite some time of waiting for our coffee something had gone wrong and it hadn't been able to deliver so we contacted the seller and they gave us a full refund quickly only later did we find out that after they had sent us a free bag of this coffee and a bag of cookies to boot.

I don’t drink coffee often, but when I do, I want a nice strong bold flavor without being bitter.For those that like to infuse liquor with coffee, this works great, especially with tequila.

Oaxaca usually has some chocolate notes, especially with cream, but this coffee was not like that. Seemed kind of understated. Overall it was smooth though, and was easy to drink.

I first purchased this coffee at the Monarca store, while visiting Los Angeles. I loved it, it had great flavor and was extremely smooth. I was sad when I ran out but I was pleasantly surprised when I found that I was able to purchase on Amazon. I love both the Oaxaca reserve and the Cafe the Olla.

It's a coffee, nothing to be excited about. Where is the promised flavor? Pretty stale and flavorless.
