Car Cigarette Lighter, DC 12V Universal Auto Cigarette Lighter Replacement with Socket Plug for Car, Boat, Truck, RV, ATV

This was the exact replacement, part number and all and worked in my 2003/4 CS3 model Lancer from Singapore. My electrician can speak to the installation but from what I understand, the design for my car did not allow for easy removal of the old and installation of this one. Other than that it was value in that it worked and is holding up well 7 months later

It was fine. It was just the wrong one.

Lighter didn't fit standard Toyota pickup lighter socket, so replaced the socket, too, which was a bit of a pain, because had to take apart the dash. -- And then the damn thing broke (cracked) after 1 week!--Don't waste your money.
