It should be 0.75-inch diameter by 24-inch long. It's less 0.65-inch diameter by 23-inch long.

They sent single head, not double head.
They lied about the head. See photo. Yes I could return it, but I've had this happen a lot lately with hardware, I'm guessing the scheme is to send a slightly inferior higher margin product and hope most will just take it instead of sending it back.
