Accompanied by her sister ship the Shokaku ("Soaring Crane") of Carrier Division Five under the command of Rear Admiral Hara, the Zuikaku launched two waves of air attacks against U.S. Naval installations and battleships in Pearl Harbor. The Zuikaku was sunk by U.S. Navy dive-bomber and torpedo-bomber in the battle off Cape Engano on October 24, 1944. Review: Got my ahead of the delivery date - Took a look in the and was very satisfied with my purchase . sure to return . Review: How do you say help in Chinese? - This was my first Fujimi model, I do have a second on order, the battleship Kongo. The model is great fun to build, however the directions are in Chinese only making it a chore to figure out some of the detail work. Fujimi does include a booklet on the ships history in English perhaps a little of that English in the directions would help all. ## Features - Japan Import. - Plastic model that requires assembly and painting. Separately, tools, paint etc are necessary. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B003HC8E2O | | Age Range (Description) | Kid | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Brand | Fujimi | | Brand Name | Fujimi | | Customer Reviews | 3.0 out of 5 stars 10 Reviews | | Item Dimensions | 31.5 x 10.43 x 3.74 inches | | Item Weight | 3.31 Pounds | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 31.5 x 10.43 x 3.74 inches | | Manufacturer | Fujimi | | Manufacturer Part Number | 艦船 | | Material | Pearl,Plastic | | Material Type | Pearl,Plastic | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Seasons | All Seasons | | Size | Small | | Theme | Aircraft | ## Images ![Fujimi 1/350 IJN Aircraft Carrier "Zuikaku" 1944 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6107i16b8VL.jpg) ![Fujimi 1/350 IJN Aircraft Carrier "Zuikaku" 1944 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41WSU8rH1bL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Got my ahead of the delivery date *by A***R on January 22, 2019* Took a look in the and was very satisfied with my purchase . sure to return . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ How do you say help in Chinese? *by W***R on September 6, 2015* This was my first Fujimi model, I do have a second on order, the battleship Kongo.
