Skechers Sport Men's Synergy Power Switch Memory Foam Athletic Training Sneaker

I'm on my feet a lot at my place of work. I've never owned a pair of Skechers before but was attracted to these in black. The memory foam inside the shoe makes all the difference. Having swollen ankles use to be a regular thing for me and now it's not. I can come home, take my shoes off and not have swelling. These are officially my work shoes. They may not look as hip as my other shoes but they take care of my feet and that's really what matters. They look huge from the outer side though..that's the only thing I don't like...also wear thinner socks with because the memory foam adds extra heat to your feet.

I have to buy my running shoes at the man section. I can never find good fitting running shoes. I found a Dual-Light almost like this shoe in Berlin Germany. It fit like a glove & is the lightest shoe. Been walking all over Germany with that shoe without any pains or tired feet. The memory Foam, AMAZING! When I came back Stateside I was looking high and low for the shoe. Amazon was the only place that have 2 styles in black. Now where else can I find the black, not even Sketchers has them! This is the first time I get the all cloth. Hope they will last. Also the price was good.

I bought my last pair of these 4 years ago and I still use them for dog walking on the trails and around the house.I had to add a set of insoles to them about 2 years ago that provide a better arch support.These shoes had a great shoe glued-on stiff rubber sole protector that gives the shoe a longer life than the new shoes that have just foamed soles.I would buy these again, but there phasing the model out and cannot fine the size and color (11.5, black and white) I want.

I’m a size 10 in almost all sneakers, same here, except they are a bit wider that usual even though I did not buy the wide size shoe.The comfort is fantastic. They are a warm weather shoe and I’m looking forward to wearing them during the late spring and summer and warmer parts of fall.Although the shoe is wider than I expected, I am not disappointed. I would highly recommend these shoes if you are looking for a comfortable shoe, especially if you spend most of your day on your feet.I hope this review was helpful.

These shoes are like walking on clouds and I'm a big guy. It has double foam cushioning, the memory foam in the insole and the foam exterior under the rubber grip. It's very thick and bouncy. Even if you don't do sports these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have bought and I have many kinds and styles. Another bonus it the mesh exterior giving your feet plenty of breathing so you won't get as sweaty or get too hot. The soles have breaks so it moves with your feet instead of your feet fighting the sole like a traditional solid sole shoe. I definitely recommend them for comfort if your are on your feet a lot or if you are athletic. If you just want a nice shoe that feels great these will work for you also. I would definitely buy these again.

so, so comfy. its a tighter fit on the sides, but theres still a good 1 inch or so space in the front of the shoe which leaves space for movement of my toes. When i first put it on it felt tight and i was not used to it, but now i love it after walking in them for a couple of days. It feels like the shows are hugging your feet, theyre light and cushioned.Note: I use these shoes for walking around work, not for running or jogging. Additionally I only walk around 5,000 steps a day, so im not sure yet on any irregular wear that the shoe might get

Really happy with these shoes except a lot of the comments about them said they ran small. I ordered them in a 10.5 which is my usual size and they are definitly too big. I'm going to exchange them with Amazon for a size 10 or maybe even a 9.5. I haven't worn anything smaller than a 10 in 25 years (back in high school). These shoes are incredibly light and the fabric seems to breathe really well. Happy with the look too, though I don't particular like the YELLOW Sketchers sign on the tounge of the show.Also, I have a slightly wider foot and the width on these shoes were no problem...then again they are too long for me so hopefully when I get them in a size 10 the width will still be okay.

I bought these for casual use. They are not a shoe that will stand up to athletic pounding, especially basketball, soccer, or any sport that requires a sturdy shoe, including running. The upper seems somewhat thin, so I inserted a piece of duct tape on the inner side of the upper to make it more resistant to toenail abrasion. These are extremely lightweight, you can hardly feel the weight of them on your feet. They have a medium tread. The insole is comfortable. I ordered a 11.5 D and it fit perfectly. They are stylish and come in a variety of colors. kone

It`s a comfortable and good fit shoes for the everyday walk.I have a bit wider feet and I didn't need to order a size bigger one. Originally, I wanted a shoe which is comfortable and enjoyable for walking during the day. I don`t like if a shoe makes my feet painful(or I feel every little rocks etc) after a few hours and these shoes are great if it`s about a walk to work, all day stuff, or whatever else.The original idea was:If my running shoes are so great overall, then I need a trainer when I am not doing my sports stuff, but still, I wanted something more natural color and style. These are fantastic, I saw some nice colors too and the price was so low when I ordered. Summary, it`s great! I wore them more then I year, of course, there are some signs of wearing now, but still most comfortable shoes if I don`t count my running trainers.I didn`t use them for running or gym, except if I don`t mention while I ran to the bus stop some mornings :)My original running shoes size is 12Uk, I ordered the same.If you have some pain while you are walking and you are looking for a shoe which supports your feet then I think give a try. Also, if the narrower shoes and some normal wide shoes are hurting you then this could be a good option.

My first Sketchers, and I'm very disappointed. The tread on these has a deep cut going right across the centre of the sole below the ball of the foot, presumably designed to make them flexible, but I found this makes them fold in the middle which pinches the top of my foot painfully. As long as you are inactive they feel OK, but I can't walk any distance in them.Also the fabric and inner sole are very slippery and my feet just don't feel secure in them. Sweaty too.Oh well, -back to the Hi-Tecs....

Why a person would wear any other training shoe is totally beyond me. These things are so comfortable and amazingly light, yet durable. I have three pairs in various colours, and as well as wearing them for leisure and cardio workouts, I wear a pair at work too. Now, I'm on my feet all day but when I get home, my feet are still feeling totally refreshed and ache free. That can't be said for the previous big name branded shoes I used to wear. There's plenty of toe space and the grip on these is phenominal. I'm now a massive fan of these shoes and I'm trying to justify a reason to grab another pair :-)

I'm glad one can find a bargain with Skechers if one can withhold good taste. Man, these things are BRIGHT! I had another ladies' pair that I bought in the States -- size 10, which used to equate to 8s in the UK, but in the fine print, they said 7. No wonder they didn't fit me and gave me bad blisters on the heels. These are 8s, fit like a glove. So light and comfy. I haven't tried walking on some of the gravelly paths I sometimes frequent in the summer, and can imagine the soles aren't up to that kind of treatment, but for pounding the pavement and using a treadmill, wonderful!

Haven't looked back since I bought my first pair of lightweight Skechers shoes some years ago. They are so comfortable and keep your feet warm in the cold, and cool in the hot, while weighing hardly anything. I haven't worn any other kind of shoes for years. Be aware, though, that you may need the size above what you normally wear. I'm usually a UK Size 10, but have always needed to buy Skechers Size 11.
