What a lovely spot!Bradley: Well, Jeff, thanks to you for coming out here. I'm glad that there was room for your helicopter to land nearby. With all these redwoods around, it's not so easy to find level, open ground.J: Not a problem. Deliciously Salty and Satisfying
I have been using Himalayan pink salt, and various brands of "Sea Salt" since starting the Keto diet last year. The diet has worked well for me, and I've lost 70 pounds and 4 inches around my waist in 9 months. But, I have been disappointed with the lack of flavor in many of the Keto friendly foods, requiring a large amount of "Seasoning".I actually returned to using plain old Diamond Crystal or Morton's Kosher and table salt because the Sea salts and others did not contain iodine, and really didn't taste salty enough for me. Then I watched a Youtube video about the contamination of sea salts with micro plastics due to ocean pollution, and the lack of other essential nutrient minerals in sea salts. I then read Dr. Jason Fung's new book - "The longevity Solution", and saw that he recommended using Real Salt because it is unrefined and naturally contains other beneficial minerals like iodine.I then watched a Youtube video done by Dr. Ken Berry about the need for a good quality salt in your diet, and he also recommended Real Salt. So, I ordered three pouches of fine, and dumped out all my salt shakers and refilled them with the Real Salt. I immediately noticed that this salt tastes much more intense than ordinary table salt, and has greatly improved the flavor of foods like eggs, meat and fish, and salad greens. I have always used salt in cooking, and at the table, and do not have any heart disease or blood pressure problems. I am enjoying the benefits of this remarkable all natural product, that, contrary to the low sodium mythology, is an absolutely essential component of good nutrition.

Better than Himalayan pink salt. Brings out flavor and doesn’t overpower it Doesn’t get shipped across the ocean to be in the US. Seems like a win win.

Best Salt on the Planet!
I have been using Real Salt since 1999 and it's absolutely the best salt on the Planet! It imparts a slightly sweet taste to foods. Usually, I sprinkle salt on my food just before I consume it and the Real Salt dissolves very fast so that you're not crunching salt when you eat your food as I have noticed with the Raw, Himalayan Pink Salt. Real Salt contains important trace minerals that do not dissolve in water and many people think that it's sand but it is merely undissolved minerals. We get trace amounts of these minerals in our food and those trace minerals are very important for good health. I follow the guidelines of the late Dr. Batmanghelidj, M.D., from his book, Your Body's Many Cries For Water" and I use 1/4 tsp. of the Real Salt per 1 liter of filtered water. In addition, I also add about 1/4 tsp. of the liquid ionic minerals in the water and I have to tell you that the water is delicious! That's all I drink, except for an occasional cup of herb tea. If you notice our tears taste salty and when we add a small amount of Raw, unprocessed salt to our water, we are replenishing the salt that our body needs. Hopefully, thisreview will be an inspiration to others to use the Real Salt for everything they consume and avoid the heat treated, chemically treated salt from the grocery store. Quality salt
I love salt. I love the texture and taste of this salt. I love that it has all the extra mineral goodness. Buying the three pack is a good deal and I would honestly buy the huge bag if I had somewhere to store it.
