I obviously don't look like this guy but I'm getting there. it started off being really tight now it fits nicely. It is either doing its job or i have stretched the hell out of it, i feel slightly feminine when I'm putting it on but hey I'm not wearing it to a party , just to exercise in . Aids good posture I'll give it that i think i may buy a smaller one or try to shrink wash this one the effects are noticeable in my case after 3 days use with 45 minutes daily exercise . Yeah i love it
