NuMe Classic Curling Wand

Lllove it. This brand is very good to my pin straight, fine hair. The curls stay curly all day. Not all wands are created equal.

I really like this wand because it’s easy to use without getting burned. It does come with a glove which I did use until I got the hang of it. If you pay attention in the mirror and wind the hair slowly u won’t get burned. I would say I have fine hair.I sprayed a little hairspray on my hair and brushed it through before curling. I tried to leave a little over an inch out on ends to create a beachy look. If I feel like curls look to tight I gently pull on them a little with my fingers and sometimes use my straightener on ends. Then just gently run my fingers through the curls after they cool. I had been using a curling iron for years to curl my hair and I feel like it really damaged my ends by pulling down on ends with it to have a straight piece at bottom. The curling iron was also very time consuming. This wand has cut my time in half doing my hair. It’s just really easy and the barrell is a good size. Not too small. If using a texturizing spray or beach wave spray at the end and have fine hair I would hold the can pretty far away from hair and just use a little so it doesn’t look stringy or feel sticky. Also since I have fine hair I used bigger sections of hair to curl instead of small pieces so I wouldn’t get tight ringlet curls.I also held the wand down and reached my arm over my head to curl the pieces. I’m really happy to have this wand and would recommend it. It’s also pretty small and easy to store or travel with. Would probably fit in a purse.UPDATE! Be careful to not get burned. This wand gets hot. There isn’t a way to adjust the temperature. I burned my shoulder bad enough that it scabbed. I am considering buying another wand with a bigger barrel to create bends instead of such tight curls that I have to try to pull on to straighten some.UPDATE! This wand continuously slides off of my bathroom counter. It could burn your foot, child or pet. I’m going to get one of the mats you can lay on your counter that will prevent it from slipping. Like a silicone heat resistant mat. I’m not sure why I didn’t use common sense from the time I started using this wand to use it while I am dressed to prevent burns to my skin when I accidentally get it too close to my skin or drop it. I also think this particular wand is best for below the shoulder hair length bcs the wand barrel is not very long. I’m still happy I bought it.

Wand gets super hot but works awesome. My hair is usually limp and lost most of the curl by the end of the day. With this wand my curls stayed all day and even the next day they remained after sleeping. I've never had curls stay so great! As mentioned wand gets extremely hot so I don't use it everyday as to not damage my hair to much. Got this for christmas and don't regret it. It's an awesome wand!

I have very thick and long hair that is notorious for never being able to hold a curl. I have tried numerous curling irons and curling hacks, but they either fall out after an hour (even with tons of hairspray) or leave my hair pouffy and frizzy. I decided to try this curling iron after reading some of the reviews on here. When it first arrived, I curled my hair that night to see what the curls looked like. I didn't apply any hairspray or anything because I didn't want them to hold, I just wanted to see how they looked, so I went to bed. When I woke up, the curls had fallen out a bit but they were mostly still intact! I brushed out my hair to get rid of tangles, and my hair was smooth and silky with no frizz and the curls still stayed! I also used this curling wand to do my hair for prom, and I actually put hairspray in that time and they stayed all night long! I'm pretty sure this curling wand is magic or something because I have never had results like this from any curling method that I've tried! I highly recommend this wand!

I had to return it. I couldn’t hold my hair onto it. Hair wants to slide off because the barrel is so smooth. I was afraid to burn my fingers, and I can’t time things while holding the wand upside down and trying to keep the hair on the barrel. They were very nice about it and returned my money.

I bought this product after having seen a tutorial online by trish paytas. I thought it made amazing hair curls and I had always been looking for a curling wand. When I tried to look this one up though I had difficulty finding it until I found the site, found the product and searched amazon and voila! Great price for this product and it works like you wouldn't believe. The only thing is its a bit tricky to curl your hair without burning yourself. They do come with a mitt, which makes it a bit easier but also a bit more difficult to grasp the hair. I unfortunately lost mine somewhere and burnt myself too many times so I refuse to use it until I either find the mitt or buy another. But i definitely recommend this product to get unique beautiful curls!High heat setting ensures curls stay longer.
