I take this daily and it has improved my digestive health

I’m using this as a PREbiotic to maximize my PRObiotic. I have mild UC and have had to use Imodium daily to slow down my GI tract.I read that this should help “leaky gut” and enhance my good bacteria. I take 1 twice a day and barely use any Imodium at all now. Some may say, so what?, now you don’t take that but now you take this. Not using Imodium says to me that the Inulin is helping stabilize my colon. I’ll let y’all know after my next cscopy.

I recently purchased this product as a replacement for a probiotic I had been taking. Always looking for more natural alternatives when using supplements I found that this was just not giving me the results I had hoped for. One of the claims was that of promoting fullness. That sounded great but I soon found that it also caused some constipation which I was not happy with. This does say "prebiotic" and I was previously using a "probiotic" which I don't really get what the difference is. The product description should be more informational regarding what and how this product works. I think I'll just go back to my previous supplement.

The pills are huge so not that pleasant to swallow. I also didn't realize the dosage on them. You need to take two large pills 2-3 times a day. I was taking fiber gummies before, only two in the morning, and got 5 grams of fiber. Take pills 3 times a day just isn't very convenient. But Inulin fiber is a good route to take and they seem to continue to do what I want from them.

I have been using this for 2 weeks , def notice my belly is less bloated . I’m going through peri menopause, so thats a whole new crappy adventure, these are easy to swallow with no aftertaste I’m going to keep ordering this product . I feel better for sure .

At age of 5 my right kidney died was taken out. Age of 55 I was diagnosed with Stage 3CKD. I WAS scared. I seen somewhere that Inulin can help your kidney with a low protein diet. Improves glycemic and lipid metabolism and modulated systemic inflammatory state in CKD. ASK YOUR PCP BEFORE TAKING. I love inulin

I should have reviewed the pills before my sister started taking these monsters! She did become regular at first by using these pills.. but later they caused her to have severe stomach problems. She had a lot of stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. It got so bad that we had to go to the emergency room! We spent a night of ivs (iv fluids because she was dehydrated) blood work, CAT SCANS, iv nausea medicine and iv pain medicine! Has been having stomach issues since last Saturday it is now Thursday! Unable to tolerate liquids or food...Not to mention inability to sleep..."buyer beware" what sounds too good usually is too good to be true!
