How long does this last? Tried the foam spray and it only lasted a week.

Unfortunately, this spray did not work for me and neither did any of the others that I have tried. My snoring was partly due to sleep apnea. It was so bad that I spent most nights sleeping in the spare room. I tried a CPAP machine from the hospital on 2 occasions and just couldn't get along with it. Fortunately, my wife found a solution which has eliminated my sleep apnea and snoring completely. I now wear a T-Shirt with plastic balls sewn onto the back. This stops me from lying on my back and this has totally eliminated the problem and I feel like a new person. for the first time in years, we both get a decent night's sleep. The spray may work for you and anything is worth a try.

Is it wise to use both the throat spray and the oral strips at the same time or do they both do the same job?

Found both to be a waste of time to be honest.
