Bought this for my wife, who is housebound due to severe mobility issues. The chair has been a game-changer for both of us; she can now get in and out of the chair without help and have a comfortable nap without having to go to bed.Brilliant product at a great price, only slight niggle is that the foam in the arms would benefit from beingore dense, as another reviewer has mentioned.Finally, Panther Logistics who delivered the chair, were absolutely brilliant. Great communication, great tracking, a phone call when the guys were leaving the previous delivery and very helpful chaps that brought the item into the living room.

Super easy to put together, it took me longer to get it out of the box than to complete assembly, and very comfortable. The remote control takes some getting used to, the diagrams aren't the best pictorial representation of operation. Very happy with my purchase.

although the product is value for money, it is not as comfortable as I expected, It does everything it says, but there is something that is not to my taste, but at the moment i can't say what it is. but for what it cost it does the job.

Bought for my elderly dad with mobility issues. Firm but comfy and recliner, rise and tilt motions are smooth. Arm rests have way more storage space than expected. Takes a bit of getting used to the remote control functions - on trying it out a couple of times had chair raised and it was trial and error to get it to standard chair position again. Like all new things, just a case of familiarising yourself with the functions/buttons. Would highly recommend.Arrived in 2 separate boxes, the box with the base/metal frame is very heavy and awkward for getting in a square boxed doorway, definitely a 2 person job but easy enough to assemble.Delivery company kept me updated at all times during delivery window, whereas Amazon delivery information was a day out. I'd go with delivery company estimated delivery rather than Amazon's.

Very easy to assemble, good quality and most important, it’s really comfortable., no buyer would be anything but happy with this purchase.

Only had for 3 weeks and a dent in foam arm as appeared needs a stronger heavy duty foam in the arms, but overall a good chair
