Awesome old school look
Very comfortable helmet feel great and the fit is amazing this has to be my new favorite helmet for summer planning on buying another one with graphics

Very uncomfortable
Helmet was very uncomfortable and had an odd fit to the forehead, not sized well. Bought a Biltwell for a little more money, super comfortable, better sizing.

Don't fit
It says xxl but I have long hair and even with my hair down I can't get it past my forehead unfortunately. It's a great looking helmet but if you have dreads it will not work

VERY Uncomfortable & Horrible Odor
I really liked the idea of a low profile helmet with no "mushroom head" and when I pulled the helmet out of the box I couldn't believe how small it looked. According to the size chart my head measurement fell right in the middle of the XL so it should have fit perfectly. However when I tried it on, it did not fit well at all, causing a lot of pain on the sides of my head. Upon examining the inside of the helmet I realized it had no comfort padding at all, just a thin liner over the styrofoam protective layer. Now I understand how they make these kinds of helmets with such a low profile....they omit the padding (between the liner and styrofoam) that makes the helmet much more forgiving to your individual head shape. I returned this helmet and am going to order another brand that has comfort padding inside as I would rather have a slightly larger outside shell but is actually wearable. IMO opinion comfort is much more important than looks as there is no way I could have put up with wearing a helmet that was this painful.And, as another reviewer stated, the helmet had a really awful chemical smell to it. The odor was very strong and had the helmet been comfortable enough to wear I still would have had reservations about wearing that helmet on a daily basis. Whatever that strong chemical smell was I'm sure it wasn't healthy to breathe it in or let that chemical be absorbed in my scalp everyday.It's a shame that Daytona has gone in this direction with their helmets because I bought one from their company years ago that I loved, but something has changed for the worse in their manufacturing process since then. Regrettably, I won't be buying anymore helmets with their brand on it after this disappointment.
