Can the computer be switched out of s mode

I'm confused. I see all these questions for S-mode. What is the warranty, and will upgrading components such as RAM void the warranty?

Warranty is one year from date of purchase against hardware defects. Upgrading memory will not void the warranty as long as no damage occurs by doing so.

Does it have a back lit keyboard?

Yes. Back lit Can be turned on and off.

Can you run Minecraft

Yes it can run Minecraft, as well as a number of other games as well. Minecraft isn't very graphics intensive, but any high-res fast moving games wouldn't work well on it.
