CHEAP set of CHEAP felts
Meh. You get a lot of pieces-parts for the price, but these are the hardest / stiffest cymbal felts I've ever encountered, and they don't soften up with use... I mean, they do what cymbal felts are supposed to do, I guess, but caveat emptor.
