Stretch that Sholder
I'm recovering from an injury to my shoulder and I was looking for something similar to what I was using at physical therapy. There are cheaper ones you could buy but this one is worth the couple of extra dollars. You adjust the ropes through the handles to change the handle position which helps with the exercise and focus on different muscle. It is really easy to use and great if all you want to do is get a good stretches. It is easy on the doors with the nylon soft anchor where the others seem to have a metal type door anchor. I would buy this one again. The only thing I had was a squeak from the wheel which was quickly fixed with a drop of olive oil.

it's a great product but would be even better if you didn't ...
It was my fault for not reading more reviews; it's a great product but would be even better if you didn't have to set it up over the door every time. Letting it be there indefinitely would help many of us who need to use one of these. But it does well for front and side pulley action--and the only reason I can't comment more on the behind the back action is the whole reason I had to buy it in the first place

Easy set up!
This was exactly what I needed to help regain range of motion in my frozen shoulder. The grips are comfortable. It is easy to hang over a door, and easy to adjust the length of the rope. I recommend this to anyone who needs an overhead shoulder pulley.

Fantastic Door Pulley for Frozen Shoulder
This is a awesome product. I searched the internet for a shoulder pulley to do home recovery exercises for my frozen shoulder. This product caught my eye and purchased it. So glad I did! Easy to set up and us. Stretches the shoulder and works the muscles. It glides very smoothly. Handles are very comfortable to hold. Door attachment doesn't mar the door.Would recommend to everyone with shoulder injuries/pain to strengthen and stretch that area.

It works great. The only I have is the pulley wheel sweaks but I put a drop of vasoline on it and that solved the issue
