Smells good but messy
They smell good but are so messy and don't stay on very well. I have socks with gel moisturizing heals that I put on over these to keep them on and moisturize the heals of my feet at the same time but forget trying to walk with them on and I have to wash my feet in the shower immediately after taking them off or my feet stick to everything.

Rejuvenation for runners
I have tried these for 3 nights in a row and I do like the way my feet feel. I am a runner and sometimes my feet can be sensitive. My feet actually feel rejuvenated when I wake up and take them off.

Not too sure if they worked or not, I used them for a week and didn’t experience much of a difference. It was cool trying them out though, enjoyed the experience. May have to try again.
