I had the hardest time finding an affordable carry bag for my 4lb Yorkie that included enough pockets to store her things as well as my own — a “mommy and me” bag. I found this bag on Amazon and loved all the storage and how comfy it looked for our Luna. When it arrived I was pleased with how securely it was boxed and after she jumped in, she loved it! I really like the mesh zipper top to allow for good ventilation so Luna doesn’t get too warm. You can zip it up or leave it open, there is a lead inside the bag to keep your furry friend secure inside. I love the zippered front pockets and the little built-in doggy bag dispenser, so convenient and cool! On the backside of the bag there is a huge pocket big enough for a 13in laptop or iPad and a smaller pocket for a thin wallet or phone. Bellerata has another tote that features an expandable pocket for a water bottle. I wish this bag had that. I didn’t get the other bag because I liked the front zippered pockets of this one we bought. In the end, this is a great buy! We’ve used it twice already and Luna loves it! I can’t comment fully on durability overtime but it’s made with quality and the material can be easily wiped down to clean (interior padding cover can be washed as well). Awesome buy. Start off with the noted cons:- no option to close head hole. This is my fourth dog bag. Started off with a sling until she outgrew it and is so brave that sometimes she feels like flying, no security. Got a K9 Sport Trainer backpack for adventures and city trips. Got a nice tote zip/mesh carrier for when I need to have her contained completely. Bought this one for everywhere trips. She's now 6lbs and the bag seems huge for her. I think it'll be better when she's around 10lbs or more. She still tries to hang out the head hole with her arms hanging out. No security tether that I'm aware of. She'll totally fall out if shes being brave and also the bag becomes imbalanced because of current size. I uploaded a pic with her hanging outPros:- unexpectedly really great quality materials. We really liked this bag, it looked good and was a comfy fit for our 16 pound dachshund, she seemed to like it as well. Pockets are a nice feature although they are more Shelly than you can see in the picture.Problem- the design of the handles makes it very uncomfortable on the shoulder.

Since receiving my 6lb yorkie I purchased several totes. It was like Goldie locks. Too big, too small. Too flimsy. To structured. Then i stumbled on this bag. It’s just right. Perfect size. Keeps shape without being too hard. The area where she can pop her head out is perfect. The others looked like she was choking when she had her head up. This one keeps its shape when she lays down. It is also soft enough that i can carry it without it being uncomfortable. It has a lead to tether, I have no need for that. Th bottom can be removed for cleaning. The handles have a loop that snaps so they don’t fall down your shoulder. The pockets, which there are many, are very convenient. I travel. I take my little girl everywhere. This bag has flown mor times than my luggage. My girl lays down and goes to sleep. Most people don’t even know she’s there unless she pops her head up. Mine did not have smell or issues whe I received it. So far its wearing well. When traveling my little girl will jump in and out when told. She has no problems with being inside. I have not used the zippered top, but there is a mesh top that can be closed.I Never write reviews. I was actually just looking for any accessories that bellerata made and was reading the other reviews. I just anted to let others know my experience. Especially since it was so positive.

Mush better...only.down side.incant return the other bag...I paid 50ndollars for.and now the selling price is 30... total bummerUpdating my review !!!!!Super disappointed - small dog owners beware- STAY AWAY. NO LEASH INSIDE. OPENING IN FRONT TO BIG MY TINY DOG fell out of the front, thank heavens I caught her before she hit the ground or her 2lb body would have hit the pavement... not safe not safe not safe.I just got it .. its big.. I love that it has 3 big pockets, which so many of these purses dont have pockets also or they only have 1 tiny zipper pocket that fits like a dime lol. So the pockets is a huge plus and this bag is 10x nicer looking in person. The straps are also comfortable and the inside is roomy for my dog. She likes it the only thing I dont like about this bag is that it doesnt have a leash in side of it to make sure thr dog doesnt climb out.. my dog isn't one to climb out but just for safety reasons it's nice to have that there ... so I wish it was there, which is why I am resting this 4 starts and not 5. Also this bag is a bit bigger then I thought it was going to be , my dog is small , so I kind of wish it was a little smaller but overall I really am pleased with my purchase!

Excellent product! It is as they described.The material is going to be very easy to clean, just wipe w/ a damp cloth. The shoulder strap is comfortable on your shoulders.I highly recommend this bag.

I like the style, the big pockets on the side and the hole for my 7lb pup to look out from. However, i didn't realize it did not have a little leash that allows you to clip your dog's collar to the inside of the bag. He's a little guy and could jump out if I wasn't attentive. Disappointing bc all other features are great.

My bichon loves this bag. He is comfortable and enjoys going places with me. The bag has zippered pockets for your phone, wallet etc. I don’t use a handbag when I use this bag.
