Yummy and good for your tummy
This is my coffee staple! I do not use sugar so this is my substitute. It’s loaded with b vitamin and has a good iron content. I’m always looking for ways to get more iron without supplementing do to constipation. This does not constipate! (Sorry for TMI). It kind of reminds me of the taste of Mary Jane candies from when I was a kid. Sometimes I mix a little with heavy cream to make a delicious flavored whip cream.
