Definitely Far Better Than Most Big Box Store Staples
9-15-17 I'm reviewing the 6x1 inch staples in the 200 count. WOW! I'm no professional but do like to maintain my own landscaping and its projects. I've used many other brand staples in the past but these sure blow the others out of the water. The weight alone, when these arrived through the post... I thought for sure they were automotive parts I had ordered. I think they weighed close to 20lbs! lol I mention this because this can give you insight on just how great quality these staples are. In other big box stores, I saw 50 and 75 staples listed for just under $10... and they were a quarter of the weight. The staples rust within a couple years and aren't worth the cost in comparison with these. The gauge of the metal used is so much heavier and even if they rust, it'll most definitely take more than a couple years for them to rust through, no longer able to hold the cloth. Buying them through Amazon is also the best bang for your buck, at least when I purchased them. I got almost double the amount I would have for the price, plus the ultra heavy duty quality of this product and with free shipping on top of that! (my poor postman who had to lug this in the bag..lol) I will definitely purchase these again, if I ever need to, that is. I'm confident that these will last years to come! I bought this from the seller "Sandbaggy", which I feel is important to list this info. I've come across sellers with variances in their items, including knockoffs, even if listed as same brand. I'll post an update with a durability review. So far it's been a couple months only.

Best stakes I've found for the money!
These are amazing. They slide into landscaping plastic/dirt easily and I haven't bent one despite hitting rocks several times. Once in they seem to hold quite well. One warning. They work great because the ends are sharp. They will also cut you if you aren't paying close enough attention and happen to graze a knee.

Landscape staples do the job
They do the job they are intended to do. You can buy these at the big box hardware stores but they are cheaper here. Use a rubber mallet to drive them in the ground. I think some people complain they bend too easy. Yes if you try to drive them into a rock they will bend. If you drive them into soil they will work fine.

just what i needed
just what I needed for my garden. pins are sturdy and seem to hold down the landscape fabric. good qty and value for the cost.

Size and pricing. Values
Buy more than you think you will need. Large Gty is best price. They do rust. But good for control of weed fabric and sprinkle tubing. And for holding ground spreading vines.

Good quality landscape pin
This is a high quality fabric holder that is very easy to put into the ground. The pins are thick enough that you can use a mallet to safely hammer the fabric to the ground, and it doesn't bend from being hit with the hammer. They do measure 6 inches long, and they are just thick enough to be able to be hammered, but light enough to be able to handled with ease. I definitely recommend this product as it is a great value for the price.

Does the job.
Pretty basic functionality. Used mostly too secure landscape fabric. Other uses include temporary fastening for bird netting and securing string trellising to the ground.

Nice but rust quickly
Thick and sturdy yard staples but after one heavy rain they all rusted. I had to stop installing them in my flower bed holding down weed block because a storm was heading my way. Two days later when i went back to finish, there was rust on the staples that were not under the mulch. I do not know if the ones covered over with mulch are rusting already but I do know the ones that are exposed are already rusting on the tops and where they bend. I guess you need to use them and get them covered by something immediately. But they did hold the weed block in place, at least for two days so far. (I now know with leaving a review that you have to already have a picture on ur phone to add a picture to the review, I thought i could snap a pic while I was doing the review but the only option is to pick a picture already in your phone)
