Love these vitamins! They are on the bigger side to swallow but it's not bad at all! This brand offers so many great quality vitamins to incorporate with your daily routine.

Great product , Mr Holistic doctor recommend these to me to help prevent with muscle loss . My husband does cross fit and also takes them. However, downside is that you have to take several pills a day.
