Is that true?** A: Yes it is. This is letter size as in a folded three times 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. **Q: Does this item require assembly?** A: Only if it arrives broken - which, if you read my review, is quite likely. ;)ETAOk - I had to come back to edit my answer - after less than 1 month of mild use, yes...assembly will be required when this piece of junk falls apart. **Q: How deep are the drawers?** A: I just measured the drawers. Interior dimensions are: 6 5/8" wide by 4 3/8 " deep by 1 1/2" tall. The drawers don't have a lip--they are straight-walled inside and out. **Q: Could you lay an xbox one game case flat on the shelf or in the shelves?** A: No. Do not believe a game case will fit in drawers nor on top of shelf. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Little Organizer *by on Reviewed in the United States April 6, 2016* Small. But sits neatly on our end table and does a nice job of holding my 'stuff'. Perfect for pens, pencils, nail files, lip balm, small remote controls, and any little thing that gets used regularly, but sits in a pile on end tables. The only thing that was 'iffy' was that the drawers fit in two of the slots only. Neither one fits into the middle slot nicely, both of them stick badly; so the empty slot in mine, is the middle slot. Not such a big deal that I would take away a star, just sharing info. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for small office supplies and pens, NOT for document organization! *by on Reviewed in the United States March 5, 2015* I actually got this as a makeup organizer! I felt it was too small to use as a desk organizer as you cannot fit papers and such on top.It stores my makeup products fine. Once i get too much make up and expand to a larger organizer, i will use this to organize office supplies such as sticky notes, white out, and paper clips. If you are just using this for supplies like that or pens an pencils (can fit in the drawers) then this is a good purchase for you. Do not get if you plan on fitting full sized documents in the two top compartments. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for random small trinkets and pieces *by on Reviewed in the United States December 1, 2012* This is not nearly large enough to hold any amount of paper. Even a grown up stapler would be too big for this thing. So as a Desk Organizer, you probably couldn't fit much more than some pencils and maybe one or two travel sized items.I bought my desk organizer to put in my kitchen and store my tea bags. I have so much tea it's kinda weird. If this desk organizer was just .5 inches wider, I could fit three tea bags in a row easy! Unfortunately they get a little smushed. That's not to complain though. This drawer set works very well! The open top is great for larger items. I put two glass jars filled with tea leaves right on top. Also, one of my biggest pet peeves is when you buy a dresser or any type of drawer-organizer and the drawers are sticky or get stuck easily making it difficult to open and close them. Luckily this bamboo set does not have the wheels to keep the drawers attached to the box. They easily slip in and out making it a much more efficient and easier to use little box!Just make sure you have something specific in mind to put in this before you purchase it because if you're buying it to organize your desk I don't think it'll turn out much cleaner o_o ## Frequently Bought Together - Lipper International 1804 Bamboo Wood 4-Tier Desk and Office Supply Organizer, 7 5/8" x 5 1/8" x 8 1/4" - Lipper International 811 Bamboo Wood File Organizer with 4 Dividers, 12 3/4" x 9 1/4" x 9 1/2" - Wisuce Bamboo Desk Organizer, Mini Desktop Drawer Tabletop Storage Organization Box for Office Home Toiletries Supplies Vanity, No Assembly Required (3 Drawer with Shelf) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/1361621-lipper-international-4-tier-mini-desk-organizer-brown](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/1361621-lipper-international-4-tier-mini-desk-organizer-brown) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
