Love this caftan. Breezy and flows.

This is the second Kaftan I have purchased from this manufacturer. The first was about 2 years ago. This is very pretty and has plenty of room so it's comfortable. Of course, the material is not that which you would find in a $50 item but it will hold up and continue to look good. I wash the first one I bought in my machine, but on a gentle cycle. Also, I dry it by hanging it on a hanger and placing in my lanai. I love Caftans to wear during the day when I'm in and out of the pool and don't want to have to get re-dressed several times a day. They're also perfect for lounging in the evening. I would recommend this manufacturer to anyone who wants something pretty, is comfortable, and at a great price.

I love this Caftan. It's very comfortable and roomy, not at all tight like so many of the "One size fits all" garments are. I ordered another and may even order a third from this company. It looks very nice to just lounge around the house in but comfortable enough to sleep in also.

This caftan seemed suited exactly, smallish neck-hole and all (which is big enough for my plus-size) and the collar lining does not feel so scratchy to me. Yes there's a little of that, but I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been anticipating the problem and thinking up workarounds and hoping for the best.Reading other reviews, I wonder, if maybe more than one supplier manufactures these and there are differences, lot by lot. I might order another from this company soon, and I hope what I get next is as satisfactory as this one.Mine is comfy, cool and all I was hoping for, and if I knew it would hold up a respectable while I would have rated it five stars.

Caftans come and caftans go. They are usually made of light polyester that feels as though anybody can peek through. Wash them a few times and the seams start falling apart, strings hanging everywhere. I had 2 such caftans that recently bit the dust so had to order a new one. I tried Up2Date Fashion's "Midnight Floral Vines." The seams are double sewn to prevent fabric shedding. The neckline has gold piping sewn around the edges - classy. Best of all, the fabric is about 10 x heavier than the cheap caftans I've had. Value for $15.99. SO!! I went back and ordered 3 more caftans from the same manufacturer. Believe me, you can't go wrong buying 1 or 10 of these. THEY ARE AWESOME! Highly recommended.

I ordered this caftan because it looked pretty and was not see-thru. The color was just like seen and it launders and dries in the dryer well and needs no ironing. There was no shrinkage or noticeable fading after several washings.It is comfy with one exception. The neckline is cut quite high, and can feel rather choking when you sitdown. Also, the neckline has decorative stitching which felt quite uncomfortable and 'saw-toothy' on my neck. I find I don't wear it very often because of this.

I have learned I love caftans.No stress, no pressure, no pull. Airy flowing feeling with modesty protected. No sleeves in the way. No binding. Material flow control is learned. Body temperature is not excessive...up or down. All sorts of design, color, variety of lengths. I can swell and not be sausaged, miserable. Care for polyester is a snap. Simple patterns, complicated or none at all. I have several for convenience, variety. Skinny jeans, midis, minis, etc. CAFTANS.

These are not the "muumuus" of the 60s! These caftans my mother could go out to dinner in if she wanted to! They are well-made, easy to wash and hang dry if you want ( she is in assisted-living so it's nice to keep them close ) comfortable is The word! Along with practicality! She feels much more independent, being able to just slip these on, And even sleep in there if she wanted to! I bought her seven or eight of them, and she is very very happy with them!
