I got this stuff because I saw those videos on IG about how it effects your dreams. I've done two weeks straight, taking this stuff every night before bed and I can tell you it has had a noticeable impact on my dreams. Not so much as far as making them more vivid or lucid, but it's easier to remember them. The biggest impact has been on my digestive system. I won't go into detail, but this was the biggest difference.

This stuff could be wonderful and so far it’s great as a cleansing product. I found that I couldn’t take it before bed because it would wake me up much earlier than i wanted and felt exhausted during the day. I started taking it in the morning instead and haven’t had any issues since. It will definitely clean you out and produce very vivid and realistic dreams. I googled it’s uses and it’s supposedly a “ magical” fruit/herb used for thousands of years to help treat numerous issues. I guess we will see. I’m highly optimistic! It also seems to treat skin issues as well, so that’s a plus.

I drink this every night 1 tbsp to a large mug of water and a heaping tbsp of lical honey. The honey makes it easier to drink. It drys out your mouth, makes you pucker and taste very nasty. I may get used to the taste, but the benefits outweigh the nastiness. It has a woody pungent flavor. But I do feel the effects. People say it cleans them out, but I never had an issue in that area. Well worth the anguish 😧 of drinking it. I only had to cry twice because I had to drink it.

It helped with my respiratory issues and inflammation. I put this in my smoothies, mushroom coffee. It has a bit of a bite to it. I overall feel good taking it.

This product tastes awful, and I am very open to tasting anything as long as it is good for my health. However, I could not continue to drink this supplement. It tastes really bad.

So far i like it i been having more energy and i for to the bathroom every day without any pain.

It's good product and effective

Recently I read about the goodness of Haritaki powder (Kadukkai in Tamil). It is said in siddha medicine that taking a bit of ginger in morning, dried ginger after noon & a half a spoon of Haritaki will make the body immune and also reduces bad fat. I bought this organic product. It has a safe brown package cover, inside that there is sealed bag. So no worries. I started taking this about 30 mins post dinner. I can see that it helps digestion and makes it easy while poop. I have taken this even after extreme dinner. Does it work. I have been using this for 10+ days and good to see some improvements. But one thing ppl, this tastes really bad. If you add this to your juice, the juice is spoiled for sure. Mix it with coffee, it is again tastes nasty. Better to have it in just water and glup it at once. additional info: I also read that it helps in reducing under eye darkness. Beeing trying for a week now and it is good. Those areas are lightened now

Best product from Jaivik after using Shatavari powder , this my second favourite. It gives instant relief and no issues for using it
