Is this refrigerated when shipped?

Hello, our products are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated until after they are opened. They are not shipped refrigerated.

Can the 5lb bag be vacuum sealed into smaller portions without concerns of contamination or spoilage because the bulk bag has been opened?

I’ve been vacuum sealing pepperoni for years! I put mine in mason jar and refrigerate.

How many carbs per serving?

It’s meat. There are no carbs. Package says 110 calories per serving. Serving size is 20 pieces. That’s easily a whole Neapolitan pizza or more. And maybe 25-50% of a New York pizza, depending on the pizzeria.
