I did not know just how sorry my original battery was until I installed this new one. What a different it made in talk/operation time. Although all I do with the phone is answer calls from customer, It now lasts probably five days without a charge and the old battery was requiring a charge every other day. I was very happy to find this battery and get it acclimated to my phone. After running it entirely flat three times (as per instructions), it was good to go and lasts quite long and gives great performance. It was delivered on time. The price was good. I am totally satisfied with the whole transaction.

On time delivery, item is what was ordered. there was some scotch tape present which was disenheartening at first, but had no effect on functionality of battery so its Not to worry if this happens to you too. Comes partially charged which is helpful. I recommend as a product.

Didn't work properly

Not sure if this battery was used but I assumed it was new. It worked for 2 days then didn't keep a charge very long. Not happy with this purchase as I assumed it was a new battery I was getting.
