Splat Purple Desire Semi Permanent Hair Dye Kit with Bleach, 1 Application, Includes Purple Hair Dye, Oxide & Bleach Powder, Vegan & Cruelty Free Hair Color

I've been using Splat for over a decade. My main color is Purple Desire. My daughter loves the Blue Envy. Yes, Splat bleeds and dyes a lot of things. I'm fully able to clean it off of my floor, sink, and bathtub with little effort so that makes me happy but I can't speak for everyone's bathroom. As far as the bleeding and dying of skin... Gloves and do rags are my best friends. Every once in a while my nail with rip a glove but it's a small price to pay. I LOVE the colors. I do my hair at night and then wash it out the next morning after my breakfast and coffee and it's never ruined my hair. It definitely helps the color stay longer and more intense the longer you leave it in. I also LOVE the way the Purple Desire fades... it fades into a purple with pink highlights. It's so pretty that I can go longer without having to redo it right away. The color is also different colors in different lighting. The pictures posted: the 1st one is my daughter's blue envy .. we love that it doesn't turn green when it fades... It fades blue still. Picture #2... I decided to use a pink shade with my Purple Desire to change my hair color up a little. Picture #3 and 4...is what Purple Desire looks like in bright sunlight and partial sunlight. Picture #5... Is what it looks like when Purple Desire starts to fade. Bottom line... I'd be heartbroken if they ever discontinued this color because I never want a different hair color. I recommend it to every single person that tells me it's gorgeous and that has happened at least hundreds of times in a decade. If you want bright intense color that lasts ... BUY IT!!!

My daughters hair is thicker so I used two kits, but the color is very vibrant on the dark hair

VERY DARK, BUT LOOKS GOOD. IT IS DIFFRANT THAN THE LUSTY LAVENDER WHICH IS DARK TOO BUT MORE SHINY.

My son likes to change it up with these Splat colors and they are so easy to use. No mess. Lasts a good while!

looked way too pink

This is the only purple color my 72 year old mom will use. She's colored her hair most of her adult life and this is the best quality purple she has found 😁

Über eine halbe Stunde lang habe ich versucht die Farbe auszuwaschen, ohne Erfolg. Es war die reinste Sauerrei. Ich rate jedem von dieser Farbe ab. Außerdem ist sie von der Haut so gut wie garnicht zu entfernen. Auch beim auswaschen waren meine Hände danach lila eingefärbt. Die hellblonden Haare wurden schön intensiv lila, das dunklere Blond wurde hingegen zu einem hässlichen braun. Ich habe den Kauf bereut.

My naturally dark brown hair lightened in 15 minutes to a bright yellow. The bleach included is super fast. This was the perfect backdrop for a blue all over tone using Feria Denim. Now for the purple ... If purple is what you want, this is how you get it! The colour is so intense that it looks black at first. It doesn't wash out quickly. This is not for the feint of heart. If you get it on hands or scalp they will also be purple. Cover your sink and protect your walls. Fabric safe bleach is a good cleaner for the porcelain. I did an ombre at the ends. I brushed my blue hair it up into a ponytail on top of my head then applied this to the last 6 inches of hair in the ponytail. The result when I washed and let it down was beautifully graduated ombre from blue to deep purple. Looks like it was professionally done. Great product.

Not my first time using splat, I like it and all but the bleach that came with the package smells really bad I had to use my own bleach, but overall its nice and didn't damage my hair as I heard about
