Surprisingly good
I have had a piece of foam under the pump for as long as I can remember and you can hear the pump clearly when you turn the hot water tap on. I decided to get this with very little hope it would make any difference…but WOW! You have to get in the same room as the pump to know it’s working. Highly recommended. (Using this with a Salamander pump)!

essential for a quiet shower pump installation
When used below a shower pump its excellent and its almost totally quiet . our pump is actually on a wooden slat shelf and is very quiet when the shower pump is on
