Can you use this in pucks used on concrete courts?

I doubt it. It's made of tiny little silicone grains about the size of sand and is designed for indoor table shuffleboards. Not sure what they use outdoors.

Could this product be used on a Noc Hockey board to make puck move faster around the board?

I’d like to answer, but I don’t know what an Noc Hockey board is.

How this product is applied?

I've used this product for the past 3 years. I hold the can 6"-8" above the board and spray a light coat across the entire board.

Can i use sun-glo silicone spray on my outdoor hathaway crestline shuffleboard table.

I don't see why not. I spray it on then wipe it off with a soft cloth, then dust the table with with silicone powder.
