10/10!!! This stuff is AMAZING, it really works!. I make a sleepy Mocktail with it. I use 1 to 1 & 1/2 teaspoon powder -I pour some sparking Lemon or Lime water on it (La Croix for example) - allow it fizz (this is what really releases the ingredients)- fill remainder of glass with rest of the sparkling water, then I add a dash of PURE Tart Cherry Juice (needs to be 100% juice- not from concentrate)- Tart Cherry juice has natural melatonin in it. Then I drink and enjoy. I cannot keep my eyes open after drinking this- I may last 20 mins. Often have no remembrance of falling asleep, it's wild. I do not feel groggy the next morning. It has never upset my stomach or caused gut issues- but I am not sensitive to things like that. I personally love the flavor- especially with the cherry juice- it tastes like Sherbet ice-cream. I will always use this!! Love love love this product!!

Great products!
I absolutely love this product! I used the Calm Forte first, then found the Calm Sleeping. Both products are awesome!! I carry the Forte with me all the time, in case I get nervous. I take the sleep ones at night to help me get and stay asleep. No side effects. I had a hard time finding them in stores, I am very glad that Amazon carries both of them! The sellers have exceeded my expectations. Shipped quickly, arrive on or before my subscription is out. Definitely recommend !!!

Greatly reduced my anxiety- running out of it is not an option
This has helped me greatly with anxiety through Covid. I mix the powder with water. Mix it and dilute well. I Take my vitamins with it. Start with 1/2 teaspoons and build up. I can only tolerate 1 1//2 teaspoons a day. 2 teaspoons is the Max. After 1 1/2 teaspoons I get cramping and diarrhea. So that's my signal it's too strong a dose. Everyone is different. The first three weeks I was completely zoned out of it while my body got used to it. It was great I wasn't worried about anything. Now it just calms me.It helps keep me stay calm enough that by the end of the day I'm not an anxious wreck most days. A new friend who has a health store told me about it. I do notice a huge difference in my over all being. I'mJust calmer most days. Also I found out magnesium is great for all sorts of things and our body really needs it And in all my years , over 30 years, with dr s knowing I was anxious with panic attacks did they ever say you need magnesium, ? NO they did not. NOT ONCE. they just prescribed Xanax Or klonopin for my anxiety and panic attacks. I'm not saying those are gone. But they are fewer. Actually I had really stopped having anxiety attacks until Covid. That started them up again. And my anxiety is way less over all. I am much calmer all day long if the world isn't throwing too much stress my way. Which makes it easier to fall asleep at night. I can also tell if I have forgotten to take it or ran out the door without taking it. I feel more agitated by the end of the day. I stock up on this as running out is not an option. I ve been taking it since May 2020The taste is mild in the water. I have found the flavored ones better tasting but I can use plain too.I was explaining my anxiety I have all the time to my new friend and in 5 min she said " you don't have enough magnesium in your system and what you do have your anxiety is using up ". just FIVE min with her has done more for me than 30 years of doctors- not that you should quit seeing your dr.So I highly recommend this. Also don't think getting the calm with calcium is necessarily better. My friend said not to take that. So ask your doctor about the calcium part. But we all need magnesium I would not have made it through the stress of Covid with out this and my everyday life is so much better. Just so much better. For once the name of a product really does what it says.

Works good, tastes bad
It works really well, but it tastes terrible. Even with a huge glass of water, like 24+ ounces, its barely tolerable. It sure does help me sleep though. If you can handle the taste, it's worth it!

Just ok
DRINK MIX: I purchased the mixed berry flavor. It tastes a little weird but other flavors give me heart burn at night so I went with this. I could immediately feel myself getting sleepy after having this and feel into a deep slumber within an hour after drinking it. I did NOT STAY asleep however. Also, my stomach felt weird all night after drinking this. It's just like the flavor didn't agree with me ... or maybe it's the melatonin as I have had the Calm with just plain magnesium before. Note: I tried it with warm water and in juice.GUMMIES: The gummies aren't as effective as the drink mix. As with the drink mix, I fall asleep eventually but don't stay asleep through the night. Also does not make my tummy feel weird.

best sleep aids so far
I’ve tried many sleep aids, including Unisom and other over-the-counter options, but this magnesium with melatonin has given me the best quality sleep. I take it with just a small amount of water to avoid waking up during the night. The light fizzing sound is calming, and I actually enjoy the taste. Since using this, I wake up feeling refreshed—even if I don’t sleep for a long time. I’m also noticing my skin looks better with more restful sleep. So glad this brand offers this effective combination.

Good for sleep and regularity - use caution and start out slowly to know proper dosage
I've used Natural Calm over 20 years for regularity. I recently discovered Calm Sleep that contains GABA, melatonin and l-theonine specifically for sleep. I appreciate this formulation as it addresses the different reasons people have difficulty sleeping. GABA and l-theonine helps reduces anxiety, racing thoughts and calms the mind. These were the supplements I have been taking separately and now don't have to. The only caution is - this is magnesium citrate so if you take too much, it may give you loose stools, so be careful in starting. I have recommended this to others and it helps them with regularity and sleep
