Effective, fast, rugged power bank (TSB9251)
Purchased in 2020 as my primary back-up battery, primarily for mobile phones and laptop (in a pinch). Kept in my work backpack and taken on all work trips to backup my phone on planes and hotel rooms where there was no (or not easily accessible) power outlets. Have used at home walking around the neighborhood, carrying with my iPhone when I was on long calls when power was running out (in part due to Bluetooth ear buds). It's form factor is slightly larger than an iPhone 14 and can be held together in the same hand. Have charged multiple phones at the same time, has plenty of capacity to charge one phone multiple times. Accompanied me to the World's Toughest Mudder, surviving mud, water and a Ramen noodle soup spill, charging my and my pit crew's devices over the 24 hours. Charges fast, have used all ports for charging (USB, USB-C) at one point or another. Only downsides: - a bit heavy (expected) - lasted ~4 years (did not know what exactly to expect)

Do not buy
Absolutely terrible, if I could put 0 stars I would. Said it would charge my iphone, but when I fully charged it and went ahead to plug it in to charge it, it said "This accessory uses too much power"- but when attempted to charge it with another powerbank it charged, and worked perfectly fine. One of the worst purchases.

Customer service
I bought this a few months ago and let me tell you I’ve been using this to power my GoPro/phone for all my fishing trip and then last month it decided to take a dump on me and die out and there’s no power, no source, no charging, so I contact customer service and I was still within the warranty, and then send me a new one right away so five star to customer service.

Fisherman's Best Friend!
This rugged charger pack is exactly what I needed! I regularly take all-day fishing trips, and needed a charger pack that I didn't have to worry about getting wet when it rained. This one has fulfilled that need, and the flashlight is an awesome added bonus! I've used it multiple times for light while I'm rigging up my boat before launching first thing in the morning. When I purchase products like this one, I do my best to use them uninhibited to make sure that I don't need to return them. I've dropped this thing, thrown it into the boat, let it sit through a rainstorm, and yet it still looks brand new and works perfectly. I've seen other reviews mentioning having trouble charging it. In my experience, these devices need to be charged by legit micro usb chargers, not just any USB port that you have handy. I used the charging block that came with my Samsung galaxy S10+, and it actually charged to full capacity quicker than my other power packs. On one full charge, I have been able to charge my Galaxy S10+ 6 times before having to recharge this device. That being said, I didn't let it die completely. I recharged it once it hit 1 orange light on the battery indicator. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this device for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors and needs to keep a power source available. I have a wife and 4 kids at home, and I know it brings them comfort that I'll always be able to get in touch with them.

MIXED REVIEW
ALTHOUGH the charger no longer operates. it quit working the same week as the supplied cable fell apart. rubber plug for the ports fell off 2 months ago. overall, i was excited and initially pleased, however, not lasting with regular wear even six months is frustrating. i was disappointed. through some miscommunication, their customer service rep reached directly out to me and we chat on the phone. i am elated that they are sending out the new updated model. as they are a small business, i look forward to seeing the improvements made to their product. Excellent customer service resolve to this issue. Thank you TECHSMARTER.

Product Failure
I LOVED this power bank when I bought it. I bought it for a 11d Grand Canyon self support kayak trip and it worked great. Unfortunately, it just completely stopped working a few weeks after I returned. The company was great, and quickly sent me a new refurbished replacement. However, the replacement power bank they sent me never worked and George from Techsmarter just stopped replying to my emails. So while a great 5-star product initially, I only got a few months of life out of it. Out of the 2 Techsmarter power banks I’ve had, 0 are working. I would have been in real trouble if it had stopped working on my Grand Canyon trip, or anywhere other isolated place.

Worked well at first - didn’t last a year
Nice big, durable battery pack - but had it for a little over a year and it’s already unable to hold charge. Didn’t damage it in any way (water, dropping it, etc) but still won’t turn on or charge.

Good portable battery.
I keep the battery at work for when I’m playing on my phone avoiding any type of physical labor. I love it but my boss often throws rock at me. Charges my phone faster than I wish my Honda Civic would drive. Only problem I have is the flashlight. You tap once, turns on, tap again, lowers the light, tap again, strobe light, then you tap 40 times trying to turn the strobe light off but you get a seizure while doing it. Coworkers will press the button to test the battery just to find out that their impending doom is to a non stop strobe they can’t turn off. I followed the instruction and all but the 2-3 clicks to turn that light off never works. You just sit and pray.

Charger seems to work ok, was able to quickly charge a Pixel 4 and iPhone 7 simultaneously. The PD-enabled Pixel charged at about 2A. Charging both took about 25% capacity (based on the indicator lights). Charge time for the power bank is pretty slow, but that's probably to be expected. It doesn't get very hot. Unfortunately the emergency LED lights don't work at all (even right out of the box), and the multiport cable attachments are not very strong.
