My cat has to have this but the rice is always so much and hard and as he now has no back teeth he leaves quite a bit but he loves it. Please somehow make rice a bit softer for those older cats

Threw it out! Contains the controversial inflammatory Additive Carageenan (E407). What Dechra are doing adding a known Inflammatory and potentially cancerous E number Additive to a Hydrolized food that's supposed to be for animals with Allergies (in otherwords, 'Inflammatory conditions'!) is beyond me!!! I didnt know the Additive was in the product until I bought it and messaged Dechra about it as it wasnt listed in the Ingredients List! Firstly, I was told it did not contain Carageenan and then I was told, it was!!!

My cat has severe allergies and will lick himself raw! He's also a fussy eater, this brand is cheaper than most other brands available in the UK that also do allergy based diets in wet food, I just wish they had more variety of it! He really likes it and so far so good with the allergies. I got wet and dry in this brand. Recommended over the high street main brands

Recommended by vet for my cat and was used as part of a food trial. Trays seemed to be different each time I opened it - sometimes sloppy and sometimes more of a crumble. Disagreed with both my cats, one has IBD the other does not, but both had diarrhea. If it was just the IBD cat I would say it was probably down to that but both?? Had to stop after a month.

Brilliant food for cats with stomach issues

Unfortunately, this food was a complete miss for my cat. She wouldn’t go anywhere near it. It looks very unappetising and, even worse, the smell is absolutely awful. After opening it, the whole house seemed to stink, and I honestly don’t think my cat will ever touch it - which, after smelling it myself, I’m quite glad about.Cats are notoriously tricky eaters, so when they need to be put on a specialised diet, I think extra care needs to go into making the food palatable and appealing enough that they will actually want to eat it. A specialised diet is no use if the cat refuses to go near it.Sadly, this one was a definite no from us.

The smell of this product was absolutely foul, made us all wretch so that we couldn't bear even to be in the same room with it. Needless to say my cat would not touch it.

Delivered in correct packaging but the top half of the food was solid. Had this been stored in a freezer? Unfortunately only half of the packets were edible for the cat. Otherwise, when delivered properly a great food for our IBD cat.

inizio dall'unica pecca: non hanno altri gusti. Detto questo però, il prodotto è davvero buono. Il mio gatto ha una gravissima gastrite cronica, continuamo a fare accertamenti, ma da quando sta mangiando Specific, sta nettamente migliorando quanto meno relativamente alla frequenza del rigetto. Ha un odore forte e sembra quasi nauseante, ma il gatto ne va pazzo. Complimenti a chi ha lavorato sodo per mettere a punto questa pietanza idrolizzata. Grazie

Ideal, el tamaño y bien de precio

Een van onze katten heeft allergie en we proberen nu een dieet. Ik had het niet verwacht, maar ze vinden het alledrie heel lekker. Het ziet er voor mij niet lekker uit, maar ze likken hun bakjes helemaal leeg. Ze krijgen een klein beetje, samen een half bakje. Daarnaast brokjes. Ze zijn niet heel verwend omdat ze al dieetvoer krijgen.

He comprado una caja completa de latas hipoalergénicas para mi gata, que es un alimento pautado por el veterinario, y la experiencia ha sido muy mala.Normalmente compro este mismo producto en mi clínica veterinaria y sé perfectamente cómo es la textura, el olor y la consistencia, pero esta vez lo pedí por Amazon y el producto ha llegado en mal estado.Abrimos la primera lata y el arroz estaba muy duro, con un olor raro y una textura completamente diferente a la habitual. Pensamos que podía ser algo puntual, pero abrimos otra lata y estaba exactamente igual. La caja entera está mal.Mi gata no quiere comerlo, lo rechaza totalmente, y estamos hablando de un alimento hipoalergénico para gatos con problemas digestivos, no de una comida cualquiera. Es muy preocupante que se venda un producto en estas condiciones.No recomiendo comprar este producto a este vendedor. Deberían revisar el lote o retirar este stock porque claramente no está en buen estado.
