This ironing board cover fits perfectly on the average board. It's thick and well padded, and the fabric is great. Your iron seems to glide across it. Very happy purchase.

Fit is ok, but top velcro strap is too close to nose. Cannot open/close ironing board with it fastened.

If you have a standard 54” ironing board, this will be about 4-6” too short. It will not stretch that far to fit. Very disappointing. The print is cute, the padding is nice but it’s too darn short! Fortunately, I’ll be able to piece it in to make larger using the included travel pad but I should not have to do that.

I honestly don't know why I waited so long to buy a new ironing board cover because this seriously improved my ironing experience! My old cover was sliding all around and the padding would move too so I was constantly adjusting everything. This one is snug - held in place by Velcro straps underneath. I did wash it in the washing machine before putting it on my ironing board. The padding got a little fuzzy but it in no way impacted the product and I was able to easily install. Highly recommend this item and small tabletop ironing square is a nice bonus. Haven't used the ironing square yet but I can imagine it'll be great for future projects.
