Is this the 7th generation iPod that got released a day or two ago?

I checked the model number with Google and it said that it is 7th generation, but also had the info that the ios is version12 (a misprint?). Strange since the new 7 on Apple site comes with 13 which the buyer can do a download to bring it up to ios 14. I have a version 12 from 2018 and it cannot be upgraded to ios 13. Be careful. A program I use now requires ios 13 so I have to buy a new one.
