Xclou Watering Spikes for Plants - Sprinkler Spike Ideal for Small Planted Areas and Garden Pots

This is the second one I've bought - the spike eventually broke on the first after much use and being left out in the cold. It distributes a circular water pattern very evenly minimising pooling, obviously spread is entirely down to your water pressure and flow and it could not be more easy to use. Easily outperforms popular named similar spikes but with moving parts I've had. Doesn't get the same spread as a mechanical type spike design that rotates and throws water in a line, but this is also less than a fiver! Highly recommended.

A bargain price and so easy to use. Covers a useful and adjustable (by varying the water pressure) area.

Sprinkler spike for the garden hose etc, not the best one you can get get, but is cheap and does the job.

A classic case of you get what you pay for. Connected this up to my hose, sadly the water just dribbled out, took apart to make sure there was no blockage but the same. Reverted back to my old one for now which works and sadly this one is fit for the bin!

Great if you only want 3 ft area watered.

Yeah they are cheap plastic things that squirt water in a circle, the size of the cirvle is tottally dependant on the prssure of your water so if your looking for accurracy then these may not be for you. I have 2 2x2m beds so I plonked one of these in the middle of each and they do a fine job withbthe pressure low. They are pretty secure thanks to the spike, mine disribute reletivly evenly, the attachment for the hose doesnt leak. Will they last? We will see.
