Good and useful

I purchased the Agaro blender less than 10 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already stopped working. While I understand that products can have issues, what’s completely unacceptable is the terrible customer service experience that followed. I raised a complaint with their customer support team and since then, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get any response or resolution. Every time I call customer support, I am assured that someone will contact me by 6:30 PM to resolve my issue, but no one ever does. I have made countless phone calls, each time getting the same false promises. I was told to submit the invoice and a video of the defective product, which I did. I even sent these details on WhatsApp to their representative whose number is always switched off. Despite all this, when I called customer care again, I was told that my details have been lost and I need to resend everything! How is it possible to run a customer service operation this poorly? This level of unprofessionalism is astounding. It’s clear that the company does not care about its customers or resolving issues in a timely manner. I have wasted an incredible amount of time and effort trying to get this issue fixed, and I am still without a working blender or any clarity on when it will be fixed. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product and brand at all costs. They don’t just sell unreliable products—they also provide horrible customer service.

I have bought this blender 4 years back and still it's working really great. Also, service is great.

Good product

Have been using the grinder for almost 4 5 years now. It's quite powerful and the lids helps to turn them into storage jars. Service has been very prompt. Recently I busted one of the gaskets and they shipped the spare part to my place at rs100.

This is a great blender, I was looking for a powerful blender and it does the work with its powerful motor. The blade of the blender became effective after 8 months, I called the customer care and they helped me with the replacement, I had to pay since the part was part of the accessories. However, my experience with the customer care and the service engineer (Wasim) was really good. Excellent work team.

I am using it for just 1 year!! Now its not working. Though 1 year is too early for the nutri blender to go out of order, still I thought its okay any electronic item may have problem. But when i called helpline they said i have to send them video of machine not working with invoice. (Fine but as working professional its nobody is that idle that we would capture video of a not working item. Company should have kept thst in mind ) Still Fine, i did that too…now they tell me just merely by seeing the video that the motor and pcv needs to be replaced and that would cost me around 3k. The item was originally bought for 4k and repair costs me 3k!! Great! That too they would ship me the parts and i have to get it done again. Now i get it that why agaro products have such low ratings. Not just getting promotion done by youtuber…kindly look for providing ur after sales service. Literally i would never ever buy another Agaro product nor would i suggest anyone to buy it. Worst experience till date!!!

AGARO Marvel Nutri Blender is a fantastic product in its category. It's easy to use, very handy and reliable. Jars are vert sturdy and have good capacity. It's a value for money product. All kinds of grinding is done quickly, and it's easy to clean the jars after use. Agaro is a trusted brand and all its products are world-standard products. I'm very happy with the product and after-sale support is very good.
