The media could not be loaded.  What I like:1) You can back up more than just the photos from your phone. You can also backup your contacts and photos from your social media accounts. (Two months ago I lost over half of my contacts because they were connected to my school email. I deleted my school email from my phone and I didn't have my phone connected to the icloud and so I lost all of them. Having a Qubii then would have been a lifesaver.)2) You can customize. While the app allows you to auto back-up all these things you can choose which ones you actually want to back up and how often. You can even turn off auto-backup and do manual back-up if you like.3) The Qubii works with Mac and other PCs. While I have two iPhones, my PC and tablet are Windows.4) It's lightweight, easy to store, and hard to lose. Unless of course, you have a habit of losing your phone charger.Some things to note:1) The product does not work without or come with a micro SD card. You will have to get one separately. (Update: You can now buy a Qubii that comes with an SD Card.)2) You will have to download the Qubii app (don't worry it's free!) While not quite as intuitive as the company's Piconizer app, the Qubii app is still very easy to use and could be picked up by virtually anyway, but that doesn't mean there's not still room for improvement.3) The Qubii must have power to work. I couldn't get the Qubii to work with my computer at first but had no problems when plugged into my wall charger. I must not have had it plugged in the whole way. There is a little green light above where you plug your usb in that will be lite if the Qubii is connected to power. If you are having trouble I recommend making sure this light is green before going through any other troubleshooting.Improvements the company could consider moving forward:1) The onboarding process could be made a little more clear. Right now I'd rate it at 30 minutes to master, which is great, but since I am also familiar with the company's Piconizer app I know they can achieve even more.2) More features to what can be auto backed-up such as emails and text messages.3) Add some features as to what you can do with the photos from the app, such as share from the app to text, email, and SM.4) Offering the product in more colors or fun designs and maybe with a small little drawstring back for storage and carrying. (I'm so happy to see the company has implemented some of the things I suggested in here.)

I’ve used this for a few months save space on my phone works every night when I plug my phone into charge. I’ve not uploaded onto a computer or print site but hopefully that works just was well for me.

Works very quickly. Used this to store pictures from my phone onto a micro usd card.

It is just too onerous for me to back up the photos from my iPhone to the computer on a regular basis so I decided to try this Qubii device. It works by backing up your photos and contacts when you charge your phone.The first time you use it there is a little bit of setup involved but it isn’t much. Yoru need to download the Qubii app to your phone and select options for backing up. I would have set up my options differently for the first time backup if I had more experience with the device. For example, I would have chosen the option to back up any photos from iCloud and I would have chosen to use the mini album feature in the settings. The app loses the ability to select those options after the initial backup.The backup is thorough and doesn’t glitch out like some other backup devices that I had previously tried. It also doesn’t make duplicates of the same photo upon future backups. Additionally, the backups also preserve the metadata of the media such as the location that the picture or video was taken at. Despite the previously mentioned shortcomings with understanding how to use the app this is why I am giving the product five stars.If you want photo storage that is not in the cloud this is an awesome option. If you don’t mind using the cloud to store your stuff Google photos app does essentially the same thing for free. You can also use the cloud to back up your contacts on Gmail or Yahoo mail for free.I have been offered a $3 Amazon gift card for my review but that does not change my opinion of the item. It has only motivated me to provide my thoughts about it.

I am constantly running out of space on my iPhone. I have tried other methods/devices (maybe they didn't work because they were cheap) to back up all my photos, but have not had any luck until now! Though it costs more than most other devices, the Qubii actually works and is user friendly. Note: It did not work with my aftermarket lightning cable, but appears to be working fine once I found my original (beat up) lightning cable.

standard USB is obsolete. I can't use this without many adapters. It's really just a back up. It doesn't seek out photos (no automation)

I was sick of my iPhone threatening that I was running out of space and they wanted to charge me for more storage, so I bought this and it’s safely stored all my pics of my great nephew (1000s 😀) to leave room for me to take more!

I am giving Qubii a 5 star as it can back up my iphone in very simple ways. Before I use the device, I found downloading the app was too much trouble but once I got the app, things are pretty straight forward. Now I backup once a week to ensure my contacts and photos are there in case something happen to my phone.To me, it’s a bit pricey to also buy SD card but great product after all!Things to improve:Give more instructions using the app for setting is preferableFirm and hard cardboard packing for delivery preferable (it maybe Amazon’s responsibility)

Love this, it’s so simple to use and works perfect all my photos of my kids are now on SD cards as well as hard drive. It does it quick as you charge your phone, my partner started using it and the device puts her stuff in a separate folder.

It is really useful for me. Personally, I didn't buy icoud storage at all and not even use iTune to back up. I always forget to back up my picture and video which is not good. I really love taking pictures! Once I broke my phone and I lose all my pictures. it is a nightmare! Lucky~ I found this product in Amazon. Now everyday it helps me to back up automatically without the WIFI! it means I don't need to worry that I can't back up my stuff when there is no WIFI or forget to back up!

I love this product, it is so helpful that I don't need to buy cloud storage any more, at the moment you charged your phone, it backup my photos, no need to afraid what if I lost my phone or the storage is not enough, especially I'm a photo taking lover. This item is small so it won't cause many space, you can always bring it together with the charger. It is so convenient, I love it!
