So far, it's working great and has lasted more than a year and counting.

My old battery quit - poof! Oh, no! Ordered this one and got it the next day and now the phone works fine. It does the job, so it gets 5 stars. Easy.

Just what I needed, fit the phone I needed it for

This battery was a direct replacement for the original battery in my mother's Jitterbug flip phone. That old battery had swollen to the point that it pushed the case open. This one was a perfect fit. I could have replaced the phone with a newer model, but at 95, my mother isn't too keen on learning how to use new electronic devices. The battery has worked perfectly so far, but after our experience with the original I'll keep a close eye on it to be sure it doesn't cause any problems.

The battery fit my Lively flip phone and goes days before needing a charge. I followed the instructions to completely drain the battery the first couple of times before charging. The price was very fair and I'm happy.

I bought my technology challenged Mom a Jitterbug Flip phone last August. The battery life has done nothing but go downhill since then. She does nothing other than make phone calls, on most days it's just one call to me for 5 minutes. It got to the point where we were charging it every day, when she would remember. I decided to purchase a new battery, which arrived two days ago. I had to wait until that night to put the battery in and put it on the charger. When I got up the next morning, the phone wouldn't even turn on. I put the old battery back in and it turned on but when I put the new battery back in, I couldn't get it to turn on. Come to find out, the new battery is a bit smaller than the old one so it wouldn't turn on because the contactors wouldn't quite hit with it being smaller. I had to stick something between the battery and the phone to hold the battery in tight enough for it to turn on. Last night I checked it and already there was only 60% charge left even though she hadn't done anything with the phone. She couldn't call me this morning because it was completely DEAD ! This is ridiculous ! A brand new battery can't seem to last 24 hours ! Don't waste your money on these, even if it is $13. Throw the phone away would be the best option.
