I put my spices, seasonings, and all cooking sauces in the bottom cabinet. I previously had the bottles and jars on 2 9in lazy susan trays but I still sometimes forget what I have all the way in back of the shelf to use. I had both pull out trays next to each other. The pull out trays are simple to install and smooth and easy to pull out. For the tall bottles like oil and Pam spray, I put them in the back of the pull out tray. I also saved so much space since everything are so organized. I am glad that I did not order the other cheaper one since these Simple Human trays are very sturdy and the bottom of the trays lay flat down, not raised up on the pull out tracks.
