A great product I highly recommend recommended
I love this product. It’s easy to use and really cleans the cabinets very well without putting a high shine on them. I have cherry wood cabinets and they clean up messy handprints perfectly.

My cabinets are soo old and worn out! I tried this! And their shiny and clean looking. Once I removed the dirt the beauty came through thanks to this polish. Clean your cabinet first then apply this!!! Have fun and watch your cabinets glow.

Works well.
I just moved into a house thats about 12 years old. The cabinets looked ok but there was room for improvement. I felt the amount to use was vague, it just says, a small amount, I felt like I needed to use more. I'm guessing the cabinets weren't that dirty because my cloth stayed rather clean. It definitely conditions the wood and brings out a shine. Although I wouldn't call it a "brilliant luster", as the bottle describes. I have a very small kitchen so I may have used 1/4 of the bottle. If you have a big kitchen buy a few bottles. I can't judge its use for deep cleaning, as I said, my cabinets weren't that dirty. Definitely recommend, just not as impactful as I was hoping.

I was skeptical - but I'm a believer now. Magic in a bottle!
After moving into a condo recently where the previous owner wasn't a big fan of doing much deep cleaning, I knew I was in for some serious work. I used every product and home remedy I could find to try and clean the dirt and layers of grease covering the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom was another sad story, the vanity was coated in grime and hair spray and whatever else hadn't been cleaned off in forever. I cleaned and disinfected both rooms and called it good enough for moving in. I wasn't completely satisfied, but I was tired of scrubbing and buffing. Fast forward a couple of months and this little beauty showed up out of nowhere as a suggested product I may like. It was highly-rated, affordable and I was rejuvenated and ready to do some more cleaning. I thought "What the heck? If it doesn't work I'm only out a few bucks. Maybe it will end up being the magic potion." Well, let me just say that it was indeed the magic potion. I could've saved myself hours of cleaning had I started with this cream. It cut right through the remaining junk on both my kitchen and bathroom cabinets instantly. They are clean and shiny and beautiful! I was amazed and ecstatic. My home is sparkling and I'm on a cleaning binge since first trying this product yesterday. I'm using this stuff everywhere I can in this condo and will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen. This Parker & Bailey cream is to cabinets what fels naptha is to laundry. A magical, miracle product that I will use forever, Give it a shot - and become a believer like I now am. You won't be disappointed.

Takes some elbow grease.
I have cherry kitchen cabinets. You can't really see the dirt unless you look closely, and then it's almost embarrassing to see all those missed dribbles and fingerprints. Most spills wipe off with a little vinegar water and a terry towel or some pledge wood cleaner, but around the knobs...! That's another story. I read about this product in a magazine, so thought I'd give it a try, hoping to get the built up sticky grime off from around the knobs. First I applied the cleaner with a damp cloth as instructed, rubbed and rubbed, but it only removed the lightest of smudges. I applied it more thickly and waited a few minutes, and using a sponge with a gentle scratchy pad, meant for Teflon pans, I went at it. That worked. When I was done I saw that one cabinet that gets used a lot, had actually been worn clear through the varnish to the raw wood. I don't think the cleaner and scratchy pad did this. The wood had just been so dirty that I hadn't noticed the 15 years of damage! I wonder if I had just used the scratchy pad and my vinegar water, if it would have had the same results without this product? Any how, after gently scrubbing away the soil, I polished away the excess product with a soft cloth. It leaves a waxy feel to the wood surface, sort of like the waxy feeling that treated apples feel like when they put that shinny stuff on them at the market, or if you were to rub candle wax on wood... not really a slippery feeling. I just wanted the cupboards clean, not waxy. But maybe that will protect them from getting as dirty in the future. Meanwhile, I need to get some varnish out and fix the one cupboard door before it gets grimy again. So I rate this product a three because it didn't clean away the old build up without considerable effort.

Elbow grease removes kitchen grease
When I first tried the product, it seemed as if it wasn't really doing anything that normal wood polish couldn't do. It was removing superficial dirt, but the fingerprints and smudges around the cabinet handles seemed to be unaffected. I continued to rub while applying more pressure and not using any more of the product on the microfiber cloth... THEN I started noticing a difference. From what I can tell, this isn't like a normal cleaner that penetrates so that stains and such just wipe off. Instead, it's almost like using your finger to remove rubber cement, in that it's the friction of the cream and the pressure that you're applying on the cloth that starts to rub the grease/residue from the wood. You don't have to be super aggressive, but getting up lots of buildup will take some time. You also don't necessarily have to rub like that on the entire cabinet; just on the really tough spots like around a stovetop where there's spatters or around the handles where it takes a lot of abuse. Unless your cabinets are filthy all over, the rest of the surface can be cleaned quicker and with a gentler touch because you're just removing surface dirt. Again, less is more in this case. It says to dampen the cloth and then apply the cream; I've found that a BARELY damp microfiber cloth and just a little of the cream works well (and unfortunately in the really problem spots you have rub it in a small area with just one or two fingers on the cloth, so it can get a little time-consuming). Too much water and/or product diminishes the friction needed to do the job. My cabinets weren't all that bad to begin with, so I can't attest to the dramatic before & after effect shown on the bottle. But I definitely did notice that the wood seemed brighter and more rich-colored after using this product. Hope the tips help other users get a good result from this as well!

I used for hardwood wall
I used it for the hardwood wall. It worked really well. With one bottle, I could finish up to the second coat. Clean with hardwood floor cleaner, 1st and 2nd coat, polish with dried cloth. It won't fix scars, but the coating will help to blend in. So you won't notice too much. I recommend polishing to wipe off excess cream or oil that comes up later. (The excess oil will collect dust.) I will purchase again.

superb.
Bought this on recommendation from other reviewers and certainly not disappointed. It arrived yesterday and used today and I’ve already ordered more. Our cabinets are 20 plus years old and now look like new. So easy to use, bit of elbow power to rub it in and buff but well worth the effort. Can see and feel the difference and now the sun is shining through the window you can really see the shine. Can’t recommend highly enough.
