I did a ton of research on this product beforehand, so Barlowe’s really is second to none in terms of quality. You’re actually getting what’s in the bottle. This product is highly referenced for its benefits on testosterone, which I felt a noticeable increase in - but this is a hormone optimizer. It is referenced in studies to reduce cortisol and bring down estrogen (at least in men) as well. All of the above hit for me. I’m a guy, 31 l, and I feel more focused, relaxed, and clear with a few notches uptick on drive, endurance, and libido. I take 1 600mg per day with breakfast, I see no need for myself personally to take it on an empty stomach. Make sure you get at least some exercise on it and good nutrition too, it’s not going to replace the basics. I also feel like I get better sleep on it.

This was part of the stack that I really wanted to try out after listening to Huberman. I'll have to say that it was not quite noticeable at first, but at around the 1 month mark, I've noticed a significant increase in strength and endurance. My lifts were stagnant for almost 4 years, and this certainly seemed to help. My T-levels were probably on the lower end, so I think it really did help.

Supposedly Longjack is the standardized extract for Tongkat Ali, however despite this not appearing to be standardized, it seems to have worked for me. I'd take 3 of these a day combined with 1 of the Barlowe's Fadogia Agrestis Supplements(600mg?), and my veins did/do seem to pop a bit more when I exercise in the gym. It's kinda cool. I need to be careful avoid paper cuts though. Admittedly, I've also massively improved my diet on average and cut back on the carbs as well. So perhaps it was just me improving my diet and losing a ton of weight that got me the results and not the supplement? Or it was the combination of both together? I don't know. I would say if you're looking into this for boosting testosterone, you'd really want a before and after blood panel to prove it worked. At the very least, you'd have a concrete metric and result. Unfortunately, I didn't do that. I'd say buy it and try it for yourself and see what happens. The upside is Tongkat Ali is more natural whereas TRT/Steroids aren't.

This product is great. Recommended by Dr. Huberman, I started taking this. I’m a 28 year old male. I have had great results with this in the gym. This also seems to help with my mood. Great product. I cycle 5 days on and 2 days off. So basically weekdays on and weekends off. I plan on taking this for the long haul. I’m happy with it. I supplement with creatine and other supplements too!

I’ve 34 years old, and strength train 5-6 days per week. I’ve been taking this along with the Fadogia Agrestis blend for 3 weeks and not only am I developing more muscle and strength than I absolutely ever have before, but my jaw line is even getting sharper. Did you guys sneak something anabolic in these elixirs?? Is my liver and prostate safe? Joking, but wow the results from this are way better than I expected. I’d 100% recommend these to anyone wanting to kick start their testosterone levels.

Exactly what you are looking for if you want the cleanest, top of the line potent extracts, and herbal medicines. Its hard finding the best in a huge see of companies, but Barlowes delivers! I bought 3 different extracts from them, and all 3 do their job better than any other company I have tried (top Amazon brands). I would recommend buying directly from their own website/store though, no need for Amazon.

I have been using this product now for about 6 months. It absolutely does provide a sense of wellbeing and energy level increase. It increases my libido and helps in the bedroom.
