As mentioned in the title, I am surprised this product doesn’t have better reviews than this. This anti snoring mouth tape works phenomenally. The ones leaving bad reviews must be forgetting to take a damp washcloth to their mouths before application. If you do not do this, it’s not going to stick. I apply mine each night after I’ve washed my face, I apply my moisturizing products as usual except I do not apply it in the area where the tape will be. It sticks & stays all night. I can even remove it throughout the night when I get up, to drink water. If you’ve tried this without washing the area of the mouth where the tape it applied, then please try this again. It is so cheap in price compared to other brands that charge $20-$35 for a fraction of what you get here. I will never purchase another anti snore tape.

I can't sleep without my "shut-up strips", or I wake up with a severly dry throat and horrible sinus issues. I've been buying these things for years and they've always worked PERFECTLY.Until this last batch... the packaging changed which doesn't matter to me at all. They used to come in bright blue packets (I noticed another reviewer who was SO offended by the fact that there was writing in a foreign language on these old packets, so maybe that's why it changed. Rikiculous) Anywho, this batch I recently received were just in a clear plastic bag. Fine with me. I applied the strip per usual and not 15 minutes later the bottom half was unstuck from my face. Bummer. So I tried another one after washing my face thinking maybe I had too much oil on my chin. Nope. Just a faulty product.I've been trying for about a week now, and none of the strips in this batch are sticking. Why'd they have to go and change a good thing?! I'll be searching for an alternative.

Love the mouth tape and I use it daily! I sleep better and don't snore as much. And it also helps with my teeth because if I sleep with my mouth open a dry mouth encourages cavities

I just started using these a few weeks ago when my CPap was recalled due to cancer causing agents. I hated that thing anyway! Was looking for another solution that was less invasive than the CPAP or an implant, and read about these. You must have your lips and face clean when you apply or it won't stick all night.I don't find they are too strong or too weak, the material is the same as that porous clear medical tape and the adhesive doesn't irritate my skin.Additionally, my partner doesn't complain about my machine making so much noise or me snoring, AND I feel great when I wake up.

I have tried many versions of this product, which works to avoid mouth breathing/dry mouth and to get a better sleep. This was my preferred choice because the adhesive was not too strong, it was just right to last thru night but come off easy in the morning. Over the past year though, i think they have changed their product and the adhesive is stronger such that it on multiple occasions ripped off some of my lip tissue when pulling it off. Might as well use scotch tape or surgical tape which do the same thing and are much cheaper. I will be looking for alternatives with weaker adhesive to avoid lip damage.

Good price, clever idea, but the tape doesn't stick well. You have to wash face well, dry well and then apply. My skin got too dry that way and the tape was uncomfortable to remove. If your skin and lips aren't sensitive, it should work better for you than me.

You need a really clean face. I have been using 2 or more to get more coverage

You get a lot of them, it will last for a long time for cheap. It is better than tape and less irritating since it is smaller. It does help you breathe more through your nose when you sleep, but lets you breather through your mouth some. It helps preferentially train you to breathe through your nose. It won’t work well if you have a beard because it won’t stick. If you need a drink at night, you can restick it a couple times but then it loses the stickiness.
