The media could not be loaded. New to dab rigs, broke the nail that came with my rig and needed a replacement.This was delivered same day, works like a charm.Wasn't sure about the opaque base until I read about them and how well they perform, there is a slight learning curve to heat the right amount for cold starts.They nearly spin really easily for me, I don't know what other reviews are complaining about. Great item.

Ultra--thin stem - snapped in the space of a month on a nail-change
Piece snapped on me in the space of a month. Either I need to clean my stuff more or this is cheap garbage (I clean my pieces religiously).
