This box is great- it’s neat and looks good and fits in with our TV set up well.Now down to the content, it was really easy to set up, I managed it on my own and I am not very technical at all. There are so many different functions on this box, you can add apps, go on the browser, and the tv channels, wow, I’m just trying to convince my husband to cancel sky now as we really don’t need it!There are channels from every country, we are UK so only really interested in those and the odd American one. My husband really wanted it for the bt sport channnels and it is a bonus for him that it has mutv on there.If you require you can email the seller for a channel list.I was a bit worried about this purchase but I needn’t have worried at all it is brilliant.

Had a terrible experience buying this. Not happy with it at all. I tried to make it work for first 2 days, where I ended up wasting hours of my time. Then called Amazon but their tech team could not help because it's third party product. So then I emailed Supplier, I received replied saying that they did not activate the box therefore it didn't work. So then it worked for couple of days days then it just froze and stopped working. Again I had to send many emails to supplier with pictures and explanations but after all no luck so ended up returning it.

On receiving this item I found that there wasn’t an easy to follow set up guide as stated on the sellers page. I subsequently tried setting up the GOTV app myself , which you’ll easily find on the front screen when you switch the item on.Having downloaded the app , every time I tried to open it I got a message stating that the item had stopped working and to call the administratorThis combined with the fact that you cannot contact the seller was infuriating so I immediately logged onto my amazon account and returned the item

Returned for refund as could not update software to enable box to play properly.

The go TV app has installed without a problem but I do not have all the channels working some of the sky sports channels and all of the BT channels are showing recordings from the weekends fixtures rather than tonight

totally waste of money, please don’t buy, you will be disappointed, I tried not give it even one star but review won’t accept so I gave it one star

I bought this product in July 2019.It worked well in the first 2 or 3 weeks. I was not very happy with the channels as it did not have most of the basic channels in the UK and in India.After about 3 weeks it took ages to download any channels.very often the movie just changes by itself after about and hour.(while watching a movie , after about one hour you see different artist in the movie and then you realise this is a different movie and this happens very often.Almost everyday it freezes and message come to take a picture of the screen message and send to supplier and the following day it start working again and keeps on going on almost everyday.This is one of the most rubbish and useless box I have ever used.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THIS BOX.In fact I would be grateful if I can get a refund or the supplier send me one which really works as stated in their advert.
