What is the aqua seat made out of and is it soft or hard?

I bought it as a second seat for the upstairs bathroom and my granddaughter says it’s hard and she prefers the softer one but she does use it when she’s upstairs

Hello, The potty seat is 12 inches in width at its widest point and 14inches in length (from front to back) it has a little built in loop for the hook that it comes with to hang it up.

What type of plastic is it made of?

It is made with thick durable plastic. The light green areas are soft rubberized plastic… soft for their tush and the bottom keeps seat from moving.
